Celebrating World Maths Day and International Women’s Day – 8 March 2023

Today we celebrate the remarkable achievements of women in mathematics who have broken barriers and changed the course of history. These women have paved the way for the generations of female mathematicians who followed.

We must continue to recognize women mathematicians throughout history and their contributions to the field of study—ranging from discovering fundamental theorems to rocket science and putting astronauts into orbit.

Let’s celebrate the incredible women in mathematics and inspire the next generation of trailblazers!
