On 26 June, our HR department hosted a vibrant Wellness Day that encouraged staff to take a well-deserved break, prioritise their well-being, and reconnect with themselves and one another. The day was packed with engaging activities to nurture the body, mind and soul, creating a refreshing break from the everyday routine.

Staff also had the opportunity to focus on their wellness through a variety of interactive and enjoyable experiences.
🩺 Health checks
Staff had access to professional health screenings, giving them valuable insights into their overall health and helping them stay on top of their wellness goals.
🥗 Dietician sessions
Staff received expert advice on nutrition, healthy eating habits and practical lifestyle tips, equipping them with simple ways to make healthier choices every day.
🧘 Yoga class
The yoga session provided a chance to slow down, stretch, breathe and find balance, helping staff unwind and reset both physically and mentally.
🥤 Blenda Venda smoothies
A definite crowd favourite, the delicious pedal-powered smoothies offered a fun and nutritious energy boost, proving that healthy refreshments can be both tasty and interactive.
💰 Financial wellness tips
Staff also received practical financial guidance to help them plan ahead and make informed decisions as they work towards their personal goals.
🎲 Games, journaling and massages
Throughout the day, staff enjoyed a variety of wellness-focused activities, including games, journaling and relaxing massages. These experiences encouraged creativity, mindfulness and a much-needed moment of self-care. One of the highlights with journalling, the activity encouraged staff to make a personal commitment to themselves on how they will show up for themselves in the next 6 months when it comes to their financial and physical wellbeing.
The positive energy was felt across the business, with staff coming together to embrace the spirit of wellness, connection and balance. Even our remote offices joined in the fun, making it a truly inclusive experience.
