Oxford University Press is an educational publisher rooted in South Africa for over a century. As the leading publisher of literacy materials and dictionaries, we are committed to making our learning and teaching solutions accessible and affordable. We believe that every South African child deserves a quality education.

Our presence spans 157 countries, supporting 55 million learners worldwide through school publishing in 80 languages. We strive to develop and deliver high-quality, affordable educational materials and support for Grade R to 12, TVET, higher education, and home learning in all 11 official written South African languages, tailored to the needs of learners, students, teachers, and lecturers in Southern Africa.

Screening takes place between 2-3 days based on the number of applications received

Line Managers receive a longlist to review all applications for shortlisting

Telephonic Screening

All shortlisted candidates will be contacted telephonically for a short screening interview

Offer & Onboarding Stage

At this stage you completed the recruitment process and was selected as the successful candidate. Finally, HR will ensure that you receive all the documents to you onboarded as a OUP employee.
