Our Mind, Body and Soul days provides a range of activities and resources that focus on different aspects of physical and mental health.
One of the key components of the Mind, Body & Soul days is the emphasis on physical health. Members of Discovery and Fedhealth are able to access full-body checks, including tests for glucose, cholesterol, and blood pressure, as well as HIV testing. These assessments can be incredibly valuable for identifying potential health risks and ensuring that employees are taking proactive steps to maintain their physical health.
Along with these Mind, Body & Soul days includes a physical class including Yoga, Boxing and Self-Defense classes for our employees. These classes were designed to promote physical fitness, boost confidence, and provide practical self-defense skills that can be useful in real-life situations.
