Taxation: A Transaction-Based Approach Book Review

by | May 18, 2022 | Higher Education News, News

Our title Taxation: A Transaction-Based Approach, has been reviewed in The Tax Professional by Mohamad Kamdar, a tax specialist at The South African Institution of Professional Accountants.

Taxation: A Transaction-Based Approach presents a new and unique integrated approach to the law of taxation in South Africa. Written by Walter Geach, Zolani Buba, and Osman Mollagee, this book is “an amazingly useful tool for tax practitioners as it provides an in-depth analysis of the application of a full range of tax legislation to particular types of transaction, thus providing a holistic or ‘helicopter’ view of transactions in a tax context” (Mohamad Kamdar, 2022).
