I began my journey with OUP as a Customer Services Intern in 2023, which laid a strong foundation in customer relations and problem-solving. During this time, I learned the value of empathy, active listening, and effective communication. The supportive environment at OUP helped me improve these skills and encouraged me to embrace new challenges, boosting my confidence.

In 2024, I moved into the role of HE Inbound Sales Intern. This transition was a significant shift from customer service, requiring a more strategic approach to sales and a deeper understanding of our products and market. I had the privilege of working with a team of experienced professionals who mentored me. This experience enhanced my abilities in relationship-building and data analysis.

Throughout my journey, OUP has been a steadfast source of support and encouragement. These resources were instrumental in my transition to my current role as Professional Development Administrator. This position allows me to leverage my diverse experiences to drive initiatives that foster the growth and development of my colleagues.
