Wellness Days
At OUPSA we believe that it is our duty to not only provide but to promote the possible steps our employees may follow towards better caring for themselves and their families. We strive to foster a culture that prioritizes physical health improvement, preventative care, and mental-health awareness. We encourage our employees to proactively maintain their overall wellbeing and seek intervention where needs be.
Besides nutrition classes and medical-aid provider pop-ups, previous wellness days included on-site instructions and activities such as:
