The Diversity and Inclusion Committee
A collective that works to ensure that the organization is promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
The committee is responsible for developing policies and initiatives that drive D&I within hiring processes, training programmes, and career advancement. On a quarterly basis meetings are held to discuss the progress in eliminating barriers, ensuring that goals set are being met.
The Transformation and Ethics Committee
A collective that oversees the organization’s efforts to promote ethical and compliant behavior within legal and regulatory requirements.
It also focuses on transformation initiatives aimed at improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. In addition, all employees across the globe have access to virtual learning opportunities such as:
- Understanding unconscious bias and the principles of inclusion, and
- Exhibit inclusive behaviours
